Jeff Herle, P.Eng., Senior Development Manager, City of Regina - He is the Technical project manager responsible for design and construction of the Indoor Aquatic Facility (IAF). Jeff has been employed with the City of Regina for over 11 years. He has a background in in private manufacturing and public policy, maintenance and facilities.
