Title - Climate Change Communication
How you ever wonderful why climate change communication is so challenging? At our next EMTF session, we will learn about the science of climate change communication. Larissa has a long history of trying to advance the public’s understanding of climate change. She will share some of her research activities related to climate change communication in Saskatchewan.

Larissa Shasko
is a PhD student at Johnson Shoyama Graduate School of Public Policy at the University of Saskatchewan in Canada. She is currently working with the Centre for the Study of Science and Innovation Policy as a member of a research team analysing public perceptions of the risks and benefits of low-dose radiation exposure. Ms Shasko holds a Master of Public Policy degree (2020) and Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science (2016) from the University of Regina, Canada. She was the former leader of the Green Party of Saskatchewan (2009-2011). Larissa is the mother of two young daughters.
